What is OrthoGrader?

OrthoGrader is free, non-commercial research infrastructure for orthodontics. It covers the whole study lifecycle: designing the protocol, collecting blinded multi-examiner annotations on radiographs, photographs, STL surface models and CBCT volumes, cephalometric tracing and superimposition, registration of records across timepoints, patient-reported outcome instruments and expert panels, and the statistical analysis and exports a manuscript needs.

Is OrthoGrader only for panoramic grading and reliability statistics?

Accepted Answer

No. Panoramic grading and inter-rater reliability were the starting point. OrthoGrader now also designs study protocols, annotates radiographs, photographs, STL surface models and CBCT volumes, traces and superimposes cephalograms with AI-assisted landmarking, registers records across timepoints, runs questionnaires, PROMs and Delphi panels, and computes reliability and diagnostic statistics. Each tool can be used on its own by a single clinician or together by a multi-site team.

Who can use OrthoGrader and what does it cost?

Accepted Answer

It is free for non-commercial orthodontic research, with no fees, ads, or data resale. Access is granted per study by the principal investigator through the request access form. All tools are for research use only, not diagnosis or treatment planning.
